things to do sarasota
We always have things to do here in Sarasota. Golf, baseball, pickleball, and outdoor yoga are great things you can do. With an average temperature of 72°, you can enjoy the outdoors year-round. In addition, beaches and the Gulf offer an entire experience all on their own, and they, too, come with loads of things to do! We will showcase all of our fantastic adventures through posts and videos. We look forward to taking you along with us.

Lakewood Ranch is getting consistently named one of the top communities in the nation, and the three 18-hole Championship courses are a big reason. Sarsota boasts 52 private and public courses combined, as well as one of the nations FIRST Pop Golf locations. So, whether you are looking to get a few swings in or play everyday, Sarasot may be for you!

Living in a Gulf city comes with Ocean views, sandy beaches, and beautiful sunsets. Lido Key, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and Anna Maria Island are a few of the beaches we think you would love. They offer the sweet sounds of the ocean splashing against the sand, and the peace and serenity on your morning walks. They also do not miss out on their share of fun, as many beaches are lined with restaurants, bars, and hotels with outdoor activities for all.

America’s pastime is alive and thriving in Florida, with the ability to play year-round and an MLB team right around the corner. Little League baseball is still as popular as ever, and we even hear of families moving here so that they can play non-stop.

Often called “Birdland South,” Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota hosts the Baltimore Orioles for Spring training and is the home site for their minor-league affiliate, the GCL Orioles. Not too far south of Sarasota in Venice, FL, you can find CoolToday Park where the Atlanta Braves take the field before the MLB season kicks off.
